Founded in 2021, Sadila (Pty) Ltd was established to meet a clear need — practical, trustworthy digital solutions that turn data and technology into real business advantage. Our name carries our purpose: expertise in service.

What began as a focused data and analytics practice has grown into an end-to-end technology partner — building platforms, embedding analytics, and bringing AI into everyday operations. Jean Paul Mubima founded Sadila to put more than two decades of expertise to work in service of others — turning data, technology and AI into real, measurable advantage for the organisations and communities he serves.

His career spans business advisory, analytics, business intelligence and information-management systems, and his track record is defined by one thing above all: delivery. From micro-scale engagements to enterprise-wide transformations, he has led the design of architectural frameworks, data solutions and analytics platforms across an exceptional breadth of industries — healthcare, finance, insurance, mining, manufacturing, energy and the non-profit sector.

He pairs deep technical command — software solutions engineering, data science, data management and robotic process automation — with a rarer gift: grasping complex problems, finding the insight that truly matters, and communicating it simply enough to drive action. A lifelong learner, he stays at the leading edge of a fast-changing field and is an active voice in technology communities and thought leadership.
